Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We stand by our products. Our goal is to make you a happy, repeat customer. So if you are unhappy for any reason, send us a note explaining the problem. We will work with you.
To return your product, please contact us first. Return instructions vary based on the item you are returning.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
